Aftershock Festival is set to make its return to Sacramento, CA this October. Returning to its original grounds of Discovery Park which should offer up a more intimate experience compared to the previous location, Gibson Ranch. Many of us thought that last year packed the biggest lineup in the history of this young festival and wondered how it could possibly upstaged. One word… TOOL! That’s right, Tool is making a very rare appearance and will be the headliners on night one. The big bands don’t stop there though; also along for the trip are Avenged Sevenfold, Korn, Disturbed, Ghost and that’s just scratching the surface of the main stages.
